I have been shaping but I have been very busy with other aspects of my working life and well, you know how it goes..
Just a quuick one.
Been enjoying a quad fish (funny that!) of late that i made last last year... 5'10'' x 19.5 x 2 3/8 deep double in vee bottom...just flies.
Thought I would push the design concept further and work on loosening it up just a tad more. It does go vertical but turns are a little drawn out.....hence:
5'10'' x 19.75 x 2.3 finer everything, double bump, double swallow(!), deep, deep double almost the full length of the board with the vee dropping away from around 2foot up from tail.....
Just about to glass it but I'm liking the look of it. Surfblanks Green foam and the the shaped blank is a half a pound lighter than the previous model....
Single 4 oz top and bottom, S glass...noice.
